    Overview

    Kenka Bancho 4: Ichinen Sensou ("The 1 Year War", which is an ironic Gundam reference) is a PSP action/brawler game developed by Spike for the PlayStation Portable. It tells the story of Hayami Yuta, a first year student at Konan High School, a school filled with delinquent banchos, which are essentially delinquents. The game blends beat 'em up gameplay along with minigames such as a dating element in which you can pursue one of three female students.

    The game is set in an open world in which you can explore the school as well as its surroundings. When you encounter other bancho you will have the chance to challenge them to a fight through an intimidation staring session, and if you defeat the opponent your bancho rank will increase. Yuta's goal is to become the toughest bancho of all.
