There is just something that I love about the multiplayer in this.  I just love it because it isnt as precise or frustrating as CoD.  I have fun no matter what I am doing.  You pretty much just run around and do random shit.  Setting bombs or protecting the areas become literally 'Killzones', just deaths everywhere, explosions....beating the right stick in to hopefully kill the fool arming the bombs!  And this goes on for 20 mins, then YOU have to try to set the bomb!  Spawning directly into fire and being killed over and over and over and not caring because it is so damn fun!!!  This is the most fun FPS MP I have played.  I hope despite KZ3 coming out that there are still a few who play this, so whenever I want some batshit fun I can get it!

Well the "Warzone" mode is in Killzone 3 also so you should definitely check it out, but in saying that Killzone 3 has a totally different feel than Killzone 2 and to some people that may not be good.

I'm crossing my fingers for some sort of sequel at this year's E3.

I'm still playing this KZ2 multiplayer a lot. I've been pleased to see that even thought KZ3 is out, I don't have any trouble finding matches that are pretty full.  I'm new to KZ2 and really loving it. Hopefully I'll get KZ3 soon, but I really can't afford it right now. 

I cant get into Killzone3's multiplayer, its not the slugish aiming, its that the maps are to confined and that becomes a real problem when people are chucking grenades everywhere and you got invisible people trying to snap your neck.

So Killzone 2's MP is still pretty active?   
 
I was thinking about picking it back up; traded in awhile ago.   Killzone 3 is fun but I remember being much more fond of Killzone 2's MP.  The maps are just so much better imo.   Pyrrhus Rise, the big desert map, is my favorite.  I also liked how the classes were handled in KZ2 more-so than KZ3.
