I am playing Kingdom Hearts 2 again. I haven't played the game in years. I will type up some commentary every once in a while, hopefully it will have some length.

I was playing it one summer, on my PS2, and when I got my PS3 back I didn't want to replay the game so I gave up. Got pretty far in it though. Was pretty awesome.

My favorite game of all time but I've only played through it 2.7 times.

I beat the US version on Normal first and later bought the Final Mix version and played it on Critical using the EXP0 ability and stayed at lvl 1 for half the game before getting annoyed at every enemy insta-killing me and turning it off (which doesn't help a whole lot, actually). After beating it I restarted the game again and got further on lvl 1 this time but just lost interest in it. I should get back to it someday...

If you have a way to play import games and want a challenge, I would definitely recommend you try the Final Mix version on Critical as well. It really forces you to rethink your strategy (y'know, the one where you mindlessly mash X -- or O in the Japanese version -- and heal when necessary) and beat every boss without getting hit.

The game isn't that long, btw -- you should have it beat in under 30 hours.

Oh, and playing as Roxas also bothered me the first time through because I just wanted to get to the "fun fucking part of the game," but it was a lot more tolerable all subsequent playthroughs and I even grew to like him.

I beat it over the summer when my 360 died. It was alot easier than the 1st game. I did like it alot though.

I never could beat the first. Although I still have it - so I might put it in for one more spin.

Yeah, it's not really long. And, yeah, the Roxas part is REALLY annoying. BTW I love the video. I remember seeing it on Gamespot or something.
