    Kirby’s Dream Collection: Special Edition (known in Japan as Hoshi no Kirby: 20-Shuunen Special Collection, translated to Kirby of the Stars: 20th Anniversary Special Collection) is a compilation developed and published by Nintendo for the Wii on September 16, 2012. Commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Kirby franchise, the compilation includes six of the early platformers from the series:

    Along with those games, the compilation includes a Challenge Mode (featuring challenge stages based on those from Kirby's Return to Dream Land), a museum section (detailing the franchise), and three episodes from the animated television series Kirby: Right Back at Ya! The game's package also includes a soundtrack CD and a collectible art book.
