    Gavil is a veteran of the Brotherhood of Steel, achieving the rank of Knight Sergeant and taking over the logistics division of the Brotherhood in 2277. Ten years later, Gavil followed Elder Maxson and the Brotherhood Eastern Division army to the Commonwealth, setting up at the Boston Airport. He governs a small, but highly efficient team whom are extremely loyal to Gavil and the Brotherhood.
