iainfarrell's Knights and Bikes (Nintendo Switch) review

Sometimes a game speaks to you the moment you pick it up. Knights and Bikes is not entirely what you're expecting from the trailer, but it's what you want. A gloriously colourful and cheerful game. Its greatest achievement is the way that it doesn't make fun of the children at the centre of the story. The issues created by the "rubbish" grown ups around them are viewed through a lens for sure, but not one which looks down on or makes fun of their lack of full understanding. It is filled with wonder and open to everything, just like they are and it's a tremendously nourishing experience because of it. I adored my time with the game on Switch and urge everyone to play it. It's wonderful.
