    One of the group's younger members, Kotaro, is always on the lookout for anything fun. He made friends with Kou after Kou stood up for him when Nekobe and Kitsune were picking on him. He wears overalls, a red shirt, and has a yellow and black tiger-striped bandana on his head. Kotaro is initially weak due to his youth and inexperience, but he has a strong fighting spirit and becomes a formidable commander after training along with Tetsuya. He primarily uses Gun Borgs. His partner is Billy, a blue-haired Revolver Gunman with sunglasses likely named after William H. Bonney a.k.a. Billy The Kid.
