Now that the PSN Store is back up, are you able to purchase the Rockstar Pass and any DLC? This morning it was up with no DLC and when I tried to access the store from the game, the game froze.

Yes. You have to purchase the pass from the store. Once you do that all the LA Noire DLC will be free. Download that. Bam. No freezing. 

I bought the Pass from PSN, but the in-game store freezes when I try to access it.

Downloaded the pass, Naked City vice case is stuck at 85%.

@Geo7877: Same problem here. I downloaded the pass, go into the store within the game, and it locks up immediately.

Also downloaded everything from the store. The cases and suits seem to work, only the badge thing gives me an error and can not be downloaded.

just keep trying dude. I have them all downloading.

I downloaded and installed everything successfully from the XMB.

Anyone having an issue even getting the Pass to download. The store is being really wonky - keeps error-ing while i go through it
