So, I've been playing the PS3 version for a long time now but every now and then I come across parts where it seems like things are choppy and aren't moving like they should. Slow, even. One time my game acted like it skipped (remember that from CDs?).
Other than those few instances, it runs great!
Is this accredited to bad frame rate?
I'm really not the smartest person when it comes to the technical side of this stuff.
