Both Vinny and Ryan admitted to turn off their consoles when they fucked up a bunch of questions. I for one, was always of the mindset of let the chips fall where they may. 
 
Did you guys ever reset a case? If so where in the game.  

Haven't done that. I'm actually doing pretty okay so far, so I feel confident.

I did it on one interview the middle, because I was very curious about what the right answer was. Turns out I just went to the wrong place first. 
 
But I started doing it a lot near the end. Felt a little silly since it really didn't matter that much if you fucked up near the end.

I did so in a couple of cases were things weren't going that great. But not turning off the console, just quitting to the main menu and resume last save.

No I didn't turn off my console or reloaded my save. I wanted things to go just the way it did with my first choices. 

I never turned off my console if I messed up.  I figured I would be going back through the game anyways to get all the extra stuff, so I'd get the perfects then.

If this were any other game, I totally would have. I was intrigued to see how things would end up if I didn't get everything exactly right. Like others have said, there are other playthroughs to get five star ratings and perfect scores. And I will go back and get those extra stars.

Didn't on the first playthrough, but when trying to get the 5 stars on the second playthrough......it was a MUST.
