    If I had to guess I would say he's part of "The Consul's Car" that PS3 users get. I have the XBox version so I don't really know.

    Yeah, that guy's on the DLC slip that comes with the PS3 version.

    Mafia II did the same thing, from what I remember. Fans of the game were complaining at having some of the content removed from the original trailer through to the game. I can't remember for certain, but there was a shovel or something in the trailer. Weapon licenses were also cut out of the game, though strangely mentioned when you first meet Giuseppe. The Delizia 410 Grandeamerican was removed from the core game and returned in Joe's Adventures as well.
     
    Still, I want to see more content releasing for L.A. Noire. It looks like it could last a long time.

    What about the elderly Asian man that's crying and looks like he's in interrogation? Never encountered him. Am I imagining that? Seemed like he was in a lot of the preview images.
