LaserCat is an indie platformer created by MonsterJail Games. Game was inspired by ZX Spectrum and BBC Micro era games.

LaserCat's owl friend has been kidnapped by space frog named Wizzord. Playing as LaserCat player need to collect 30 keys from games 225 rooms to get to the prison cell. Game also has addition of trivia questions to the traditional platforming/exploration action. For the each key a multi-select question must be answered. Questions have three option, correct answer granting the key. Wrong answer will drop the cat into the lava. Game has unlimited lives meaning the action will continue from last checkpoint. Checkpoints are generally spread across the map. It is also possible to warp between checkpoints.

LaserCat was originally released for Xbox Live Arcade Indie platform. In January 2012 a PC version was released through Indiecity. The PC version also received exclusive in-game achievements.
