I downloaded the demo and joined a game with my friends and we all have great connections but the game laged like crazy i couldn't  even walk without it going crazy btw im playin the 360 version any one else have this problem

Yep, I thought that it might be because im playing with americans but I think it was just really laggy anyway.

Yes too many people trying to play the game yesterday for me almost ruined game for me since online is the way to play.

Nope the game ran smooth like a baby's butt.

Only started to lag around 6pm for me, I just assumed a lot of people were getting home and playing it. 

Probably a little server load from everybody trying to play it at once.

Lots of lag for me. Got a couple good games, but other than that pretty laggy -- even in the middle of the afternoon in the US.

I downloaded the demo a couple days ago, joined a random game and was just POUNDED by lag. I ended up just playing through by myself.

i lagged too, what you have to do is the host has to the change the settings from official dedicated server to local host ( or something like that)
 
you can still play with friends but without the lag
