Lesley has been working in the game industry for over 11 years. During that time, she worked for several different publishers and developers including Interplay, Microprose and Ubisoft before becoming a designer on the Ratchet & Clank series, and lead Designer/ Project Mnager on Resistance: Fall of Man.
In 2005, Lesley became a principal of High Impact Games.
While at High Impact. she became Director of Production and Design as well as being responsible for much of the business managment. During her time there, High Impact successfully released several titles, ncluding Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters for the PSP selling well over 1 million units.
