Just saw this and thought I'd spread the word.

Since the GBEast crew just finished with LiS in a great Playdate series I'd imagine that those who saw the series can appreciate how the game deals with many real life issues like cyber-bullying. What's great about this is how the game's success and fandom has convinced SquareEnix to launch a campaign raising awareness and support of victims of these issues, using Life is Strange's famous "Everyday Heroes" as the hashtag to have the conversation.

If you want to find out more about the campaign I've put the link below:

That's pretty cool. It's not often you see a game's name or image used for something good and not just some totally scummy marketing thing.

Seems like there's no moderation process when stuff like this shows up

Maybe it's still too early, but 90% of the tweets are about the campaign itself. Nice to see that a few tweets are actually on-topic. I don't think this will take off in a global or viral sense, but I appreciate and commend the sentiment.

Also, it's pretty cool of them that in the game's main menu, before and after episodes, it scrolls this link by:

    http://lifeisstrange.com/talk/

which links to a bunch of hotlines you can call in case any of the bullying/suicide stuff hits too close to home. Pretty considerate given how real episode 2 gets, though not surprising given that I heard in a dev interview that a big reason they wrote the storyline the way they did is that France is apparently trying to do more about bullying as of late.
