Count Dooku was once a Jedi, but left and eventually formed the Separatist movement. He fought the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars and is secretly the Sith Lord Darth Tyranus. The actor that played Count Dooku/Darth Tyranus is Christopher Lee.

Count Zap is the operator of ElecMan.EXE. He is a member of World Three who gained posession of the electric element program.

Courage is the main character from the Cartoon Network cartoon. It seems he and his family are always put into scary situations, no wonder he is always jumpy!

A boss in Dark Souls III, it is an animated suit of armor possessed by the Pilgrim Butterfly.

Originally made by Dr. Light to do electricity management, Elec Man is a thunder-based Robot Master and uses the Thunder Beam as his one weapon available.

ElecMan is a NetNavi that uses electric-based attacks to attempt to defeat Megaman. His attacks include shooting bolts of lightning at his opponents.

Darth Sidious is a character in George Lucas's Star Wars saga. Toward the end of his lifespan he reigned as the Emperor of the Galactic Empire. As a running politician he went by name of Sheev Palpatine, he is survived by a granddaughter called Rey.

Galford D. Weller is a recurring character in the Samurai Shodown (Samurai Spirits) fighting game series. He a well trained ninja that incorporates his pet husky Poppy into his unique fighting style.

Gigabolt Man-O-War

A Maverick from the Mega Man X franchise. His weapon is the Thunder Dancer.

Johnny Ohm was a criminal formerly on death row, who survived the electric chair. Niles Van Roekel turned him into an Imperfect by giving him the power to manipulate and generate electricity.

Kanji Tatsumi

A juvenile delinquent who has extensive experience with street fighting. Despite his tough exterior, Kanji possesses a much softer side.

Kvar

Kvar is an antagonist in Tales of Symphonia and one of the Desian Grand Cardinals. He is in charge of the Asgard Human Ranch, and his base element is Lightning.
