    Sir Lucan Dlere

In the events of EverQuest, Sir Lucan D'Lere is the leader of the corrupt Freeport Militia that is vying for complete control of the human city of Freeport.

In the unlikely event that he is slain, Lucan will immediately rise again as an undead skeleton. Though much easier to defeat than when he was alive, the undead Lucan should not be taken lightly. He carries a letter called the Testimony of Truth, which is used during the quest for the legendary weapon known as Soulfire. This sword is required during the paladin epic quest for the Fiery Defender.
