According to Kotaku LucasArts has been shut down and everyone has been laid off. Star Wars: 1313 and Star Wars: First Assault have been cancelled.

I'm hoping this is a joke but I have a sinking feeling that it isn't. My feeling is that Disney doesn't see enough profit in Star Wars games aimed at older gamers. This really sucks for all those employees.
