    Luma is Mario's trusted assistant that appeared in both Super Mario Galaxy games. He helped Mario and Luigi on his quest to find the 484 Power Stars that appeared in these two games. Luma also appeared at the end of the second game where he is reunited with Rosalina and decided to take Mario's hat as a thank you gift. He loves to hear a story about the Green Stars with her as mentioned in the second game.
