I've played many matches in the beta, and I have not once got any lag. So yeah, those of you saying the game will just be a lagfest because it is impossible for that many players to be in one game without lag were wrong. Very wrong.

That's because you're not playing against someone like me. Lag was probably so bad they all quit playing.

On a serious note, good to hear that lag is not gonna be an issue.

Anybody know roughly how many people are in the beta? I can't imagine it includes a large international user base. Lag might be an issue when it is.

I don't think there were that many people saying it would be laggy.  More people were saying the community would be disorganized and it'd be a clusterfuck.

Most of those saying it will "be extremely laggy"  were just xbots or people who haven't actually read the PlayStation Tech stats.  I had no doubt it would have low lag.
