    Makoto Mizoguchi is an alleged high-school student (despite his age) from Osaka who is a martial artist and a general rowdy-type. He was the winner of both of the Fighter's History "Great Grapple" tournaments, and also participated in KOF Maximum Impact Regulation A. He is a parody of Togashi and Momo from Sakigake!! Otokojuku (魁!!男塾). In Fighter's History: Mizoguchi Kiki Ippatsu!!, he's trying to pick a fight with Chelnov, as Chelnov has stolen some takoyaki from him.
