OK, I'm a level 30 Ice/Lightning Mage and I only have 1 point on Lightning Bolt. When I use lightning Bolt, on weak monsters like slimes and everything else it only does 1 and 6 damage. Is lightning bolt always like this when you first start? Or did I do my stats wrong? Thanks

jesus christ thats terrible. I have 12 str/4 dex which is clearly way better then 6 str/12 dex because i have 2 more points in int then u will. I am now lvl 49 but yeah anything but 4/4 in str dex will mess up your stats. Even if you started with 13 int cause u rolled luckily you are in trouble because the way the game works is eveyr point u have in a stat that doesent help you lowers the amount of difference points in ure main stat do. In other words having 4/4 str dex and lets say 120 int does normally 100 damage with lightning bolt. If you have 12 dex and 6 str but still 120 int same lvl bolt it will do like 60-80 damage. Its dumb but yeah quit and make a new character.

dont listen to bear your fine dex helps a tiny bit on mages with accuracy *but only a tiny bit* where as int helps even more for mages, and STR does next to nothing unless your forced to use your wand or staff to hit up close giving you a better chance of escape.

And 4/4 dex and str is near impossible in this game you have to be extremely lucky to get it on the dice roll when creating a character or you have to sit for hours on hours rolling over and over to get it. your fine with your build, Keep puting points into your lightning spell and it will drastically increase in power.
