The Red Skull embodies all that oppose the United States, and wish it harm. He has fought many Marvel characters in comic books and video games, especially Captain America.

Doctor Doom is a supervillain from the Marvel Universe who is bent on world domination. He is the ruler of Latveria and the primary antagonist of the Fantastic Four.
The Green Goblin is Norman Osborn, a businessman and scientist who injected himself with an experimental serum to test it. The serum granted him immense strength, but also drove him insane. He is considered the arch nemesis of Spiderman. He is known for using his glider and pumpkin bombs.
Once thought to be left for dead in World War II, Bucky Barnes was once Captain America's side kick. After finding his body, Russian scientists attach a metal arm where Bucky's arm had been severed.
Captain America (Steve Rogers) is a superhero from Marvel comics. The only success of the United States' Super Soldier program, Rogers fought in World War II until he crashed a plane into the Arctic. There his body was left frozen in suspended animation until being revived in the modern day.
Storm has the Mutant ability to control the weather to a great extent (for instance, she can cause tornadoes to take down fighter jets.) She is African and was once worshiped as a god before Xavier took her in.
Red Hulk is just like Hulk. However, while Hulk causes chaos by being savage and unintelligent, Red Hulk is secretly Thunderbolt Ross. He has appeared in The Incredible Hulk (2008) game and in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2.
Iceman is an original member of the X-Men. He can freeze moisture in the air around him and turn his body into ice.
The "merc with a mouth" is an antihero from the Marvel Universe. Once part of the Weapon X program, Deadpool has a healing factor that allows him to heal from any wound, and uses high-tech equipment and is known for his dark humor and wisecracks. "Maximum effort!"
Silver Surfer is a cosmic being that has super-strength, wields the Power Cosmic and can travel at light-speed. He is now an ally of the Fantastic Four after betraying Galactus and has been exiled to earth.
Galactus is the devourer of worlds. He is nearly omnipotent.
Sue Storm Richards is a Marvel Comics superheroine, created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. She is one of the founding members, and the second-in-command, of the Fantastic Four. She was portrayed by Jessica Alba and Kate Mara in films based on the Fantastic Four.
Scott "Slim" Summers is the leader of Charles Xavier's X-Men, and their first member. He has the ability to absorb ambient energies in the environment and convert them into powerful optic blasts.
One of the more underrated Marvel superheros, Quicksilver has effected many storylines throughout the Marvel Universe. He has also show up in a few games.
Black Widow is a former Soviet spy. She is now on the side of good, working with both S.H.I.E.L.D. and the Avengers.
Colossus is a Russian Mutant who can turn his skin into metal to the point where even his eye can withstand a bullet from close range. He used to work for the Russian Mafia before becoming an X-Man
M.O.D.O.K. is a supervillain from Marvel Comics. His name stands for Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing.

She-Hulk is a super-heroine in the Marvel universe. She gained her powers from a blood transfusion with her cousin, Bruce Banner, aka the Hulk.
Reed Richards, one of the founding members of the Fantastic Four, can stretch any part of his body. Any part. He was played by Ioan Gruffudd and Miles Teller in various films.
Super-Skrull is from the Marvel Comics universe. He is from Tarnax IV which has since been destroyed by Galactus and first appeared in Fantastic Four #18(1963).
Sabretooth is the primary enemy of Wolverine. He has adamantium laced claws, a healing factor, and enhanced strength.Sabretooth was created by Chris Claremont and he first appeared in Iron Fist #14.Sabretooth's real name is Victor Creed.
