Looks like a new patch went out the other day for MVC3. Here's what it includes!

-Sentinel's health is now 905,000, down from 1,300,000.
-The Haggar/Spencer freeze glitch is fixed.
-The Spencer loop is gone (A medium hit could keep people in the air indefinitely)
-Hitstun deterioration on Akuma's air Tatsu is now more severe, preventing his infinite.
-This update sets the game up for the new Event mode.

I'm at least glad for the first change. Sentinel is still the hardest hitting character, and his use in tournaments was getting kinda stale. Does this screw up anyone's  roster?

The patch definitely will make Sentinel easier to kill and just shows Capcom really was insane for giving him...1.3 million health...

But he stills the same damage wise and X-Factor is still the dumbest thing in this game. Also I can't believe they didn't fix the Zero glitch yet.

    Eh game's still fun.

@StaticFalconar: Oh man, sorry! I looked at the forum and didn't see it. Props to ricetopher.

1.3M Health + Highest Damage Dealer = Not Fair, and Not Fun.
X-Factor isn't for everybody. It seems like it was specifically  built for gaining an edge over fast characters (or in Phoenix's case, keeping her alive)
I don't know the Zero glitch.

Just fought a couple Sentinels, they fight pretty much the same, but that little drop in health made them feel a lot more fair.
