Overview
Marvelous: Mouhitosu no Takarajima is a Super Famicom title developed by Nintendo that was released only in Japan. It has the distinction of being the first video game directed by Eiji Aonuma, who would later go on to become a central figure in the development of the Legend of Zelda series.
A partially complete English patch was released by someone named tashi in 2012 that translates 98 percent of the game's dialogue. Marvelous was re-released for the first time ever in February 2014 when it arrived on the Japanese Virtual Console on Wii U.
