I was just wondering what happens if Shepard dies in the last mission, and how could he die? i didnt really see a moment where i thought he could die. Thanks

What exactly needs to happen for Shepard to die? You would have to do EVERYTHING wrong, I guess.

Also, it's a little ridiculous how in that video Shepard was able to hold Grunt with one hand.

@Milkman: Here is what you do:
Don't upgrade anything, don't do any loyalty missions, when in the suicide mission make sure you send the least suited person for the job. This will kill most of the people, the last remaining two people in your party will also have to be not loyal so they die, and then after noone is alive sheppard will jump to the ship and no one will be there to give him a hand.
