So I picked up ME2 on PS3 yesterday and I decide to play it the way I did on 360. I am playing as a good Shepard and picked Liara as my love interest. When I finally get access to the ship I go to my quarters and who the hell is in the picture on my desk? That fool Kaiden is in the picture. Now I know I picked Liara as my love interest and Ashley was my only other option. I don't even think the male shepard can romance another guy in the first ME so I have no idea whats going on. I didn't kill him either so I can't play it off as a memorial to him. I was thinking some how some way I messed up somewhere and thought about starting over. I decided to just keep going and see how the scenes with Liara and Kaiden play out and hope something is just wrong with the photo. Has anyone else had this happen to them? If so did all your scenes (if you got that far) play out as they should? I am hoping it is just some kind of funky glitch.

Yeah, it's got to either be a glitch, or something they changed. I read that at the beginning, Liara always appears, regardless of who (if anyone) you romanced. I know that if you romance no one, there's no picture there.

Sounds like you've got a sort of Brokeback thing going on, maybe I should pick up the PS3 version and try to retroactively get Ashley in bed with my FemShep.

I noticed this as well, but I'm wondering if they changed it to be who you sacrificed?  Someone test this theory out...sacrifice Ashley and see if she shows up?

The person in the picture is the one who died. I picked Liara as my love interest and Ashley to die, than Ashley was in the picture.
