Ashley? Neither her nor Liara seemed "hot", in either game (well, I haven't seen Ashley in ME2).
 
Samara I can see (being a Matriarch and all). I can see why Jack was picked, and Miranda was "Meh" for me.

I have no idea what it is, but I just cant seem to find Miranda attractive. I mean she ticks all the boxes but..dunno, she doesnt do it for me.

5. Samara (definately a Matriarch Id Like to Frell)
4. Aria (Dont Phuck wit Aria Phool!)
3. Tali (Chicken Feet aside, I bet she looks totally like Udina under that mask)
2. Jack (What can I say: Her eyes met mine, a thing happened, feelings rose, then I got shot in the face with a shotgun)
1.Liara (A close call between her Garrus and Wrex but she ultimately won because Garrus had reach and Wrex would make for a horrible conversationist after sex, that and Liara has bewbs)

Miranda has a great ass.
Tali has great personality.
Morinth is a sexy deadly exotic bitch.
Samara is like a hot schoolteacher.
Kelly comes with the ship ... ah perks of the job.

Tali, Miranda and Ashley although really its not because they hot its actually just there characters that make me find them sexy (hence why Tali is my sexiest even though I cant see her lol).

Liara just reminds me of a little kid or something. I didn't feel any attraction toward her.
