Uh ... there's nothing at all misleading about the quote. It's perfectly true. And people talking about legal action? Get your head out of your asses.
 
At some point people are going to need to get over this and move on. But gamers have to have something to hate, so ... that's not going to happen.

By conclusion are you sure that they weren't referring to the fact that mass effect 3 is the conclusion of the series, not the conclusion of the game itself? Perhaps that was what the quote was meant as.

I really don't see the problem with this. Maybe that's just because I've never understood, and still fail to understand, why people are still fucking talking about this shit.

Also, the GB guys totally said something along those same lines of "whether the ending was good or bad, the fact of the matter is that people have this strong of a reaction to the ending, which is something that's a rather big step for the medium, like how people threw fits at the end of Lost, and so on, and so forth." So I even more don't see the problem with this. But hey, people want to keep finding reasons to hate on a company, so, more power to you for refusing to just let it go.
