Will the reviews be out tomorrow or tuesday?

It's EA, so probably the day of release.

@BestUsernameEver: IGN says early this week. so I assumed tomorrow at some time otherwise they'd just say Tuesday.

@BestUsernameEver: yeah but the game also launches on Tuesday so logic would dictate that instead of saying they'll be releasing the review early this week, they could have just said on Tuesday or along with the game's release. Not to get too Seinfeld-y but there are only two possible days it could be released on, Monday or Tuesday, and given that Tuesday is the main day, it would be reasonable to assume that Monday was the day. Wednesday could also be considered "early this week" but that would be pushing it in this context. Lets not go crazy here.

... actually they may have made the release of the review date intentionally nebulous so as to not have too much of a negative deviation in their site hits, this would make my previous argument completely void. So logic would dictate that the review would either come out Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. However, the hypothetical assumptions translated to percentages would be something like a 30% chance on Monday, 60% on Tuesday and 10% on Wednesday.

@Dany: so it is Monday... do you have the evidence of that? I don't ask this in an accusatory way but more in the sense that I have been looking for the date the review will be released on IGN and have come up with nothing. Evidently, I clearly haven't researched hard enough.

As there sure are copies flying around now, either obtained by legal or illegal means, there must me some reviews. It's just a matter of goggling around.

Haha that is going to be me while I am waiting in line tomorrow night for the game, while driving home, while punching in all those dlc codes, and while waiting for the game to install on my hard drive. I could care less how the game reviews now I am to invested. Hard for me to trust game reviews because the only opinion that matters is my own.

Oh come on. Jeff is a professional. He will give the game the score he thinks if deserves. If he gives it a "low" score, its because he seriously thinks that, not because he's trolling people.

What Nerd rage? Haven't you been informed? 99% of the internet hates ME3 and all things Bioware. If Jeff gives this less than a 4 people will be happy. I know I will.

It's probably the biggest release of the year and they're the biggest review site. They can't really skip it.

Why does it matter when the reviews come out? We all know what's going to happen. The majority of reviews will be gushingly positive but a few will give the game a score below 9/10 and people will scream bloody murder. IGN will give it a 9.5 and people will flip the fuck out because ME2 received 9.6. I'm pretty sure my dog knows what to expect from ME3 and it's not really a game where reviews are even needed.

Why would a review score have any effect on your disposition?

I would be incredibly amused to see a 3/5 from Brad or Jeff on this one. I loved those first two games (you don't wanna know how many play through's of ME1 I've done), but I think I would almost enjoy the explosive internet rage that would occur as a result of a middle of the road score even more.

Obviously he's being paid off! Didn't you see LordXavierBritish's impotent man-child rage thread?

I think its funny that people are questioning Jeff's ethics about how he reviews games, given his history on the matter. In any case, whatever score the GB folks give it, I understand that its just a matter of taste and the review isn't for someone like me who already bought two copies. Its for people on the fence and want to make an informed purchasing decision. Edit: Also, I believe Jeff was writing the ME3 review and it will be slightly delayed due to personal matters.
