Anyone have clues on what it is? I was guessing Slavic. Only thing that throws me is that the other Quarian is Arabic.

Eh, some have English accents and Kal'Reegar had an American one.

Humans have all kinds of languages and accents, why should the Quarians all speak with the same accent? ^^

Shohreh Aghdashloo plays Admiral Shala'Raan, she's Iranian. So I guess Persian?

Then again, it's implied every ship has its own accent since they got Morrigan and Loghain as some of the other admirals.

As far as I remember the developers based the Quarians on European Gypsies. You can see it in their nomadic behaviour and the style of clothes they were with the shawls and what not. As for the accents it's no surprise Tali sounds rather Eastern European. On the other hand you've got other Quarians who sounds slightly British/American but mostly Eastern European. I'm only basing this on a friend of mine who hails from Romania mind you and she has a slight Northern Ireland accent to boot...

Middle Eastern... I don't think it is far fetched the devs chose that accent for the character that has to have her face covered all the time.

I like her voice a lot. It doesn't strike me as being anywhere specific but it fits well.
