I don;t want to spend time recruiting a squad, they can't have another game where the normandy is destroyed and the team scattered..

 
Mordin and Garrus. 
 
Mordin would be useful in the third one and Garrus as an epic right hand man

Garrus and Tali are must-haves for me, I'd be happy to see Legion and Grunt too. Mordin as NPC-only for me as it was only the chat with him I was interested in.

I want everybody back (except Jacob, he's boring) 
especially TALI, WREX, GARRUS, LIARA, and LEGION 
 
i still have the strongest attachment to the original squadmates except kaidan/ashley who pissed me off in me2 
but all of the me2 characters are really interesting, even JACK

A squadmate named RPG, i love that guy, he was great in ME1 but then they killed him in the second,it would really be cool if we could see him in the third installment.

All of them. Even though they can all die Bioware needs to put the work into making them still full characters in 3 even if not everone can get them. But most of all Garrus.

I actually kind of hope that all of your crew gets put into a leadership position or something, because I really want to recruit more people. It was some of the best parts of Mass Effect 2 and I don't want to lose that just because you've already got a huge crew of the best-of-the-best.
 
Although I'm pretty sure that you end up losing one of your crew anyway, in that upcoming DLC, since there is a trophy called "The Final Sacrifice", or something.

Legion without a doubt needs to return. He didn't get enough time in Mass Effect 2.

I honestly don't think that any of the squadmates from one or two will be returning as playable characters in three. Both because almost every one of them can die for various reasons and because they seem to be working them into leadership positions for the final confrontation with the Reapers. So, I'm going to say that you will be joined by an entire new squad which will most likely include the British soldier from the trailer. They used Legion in the ME2 trailer so it stands to reason.
