Fuck. She was downloading a game off of XBLA and she needed to make room. Of all the things that she chose to delete. It had to be my fucking Mass Effect save data. Now I have to go through the whole thing again just to get Shepard as powerful as I had him. There goes 30 hours of my life.

oh well, I guess you'll just have to play it again. Really dude, you'll probably enjoy it more the second (third, fourth) time around

I doubt your level will carry over, just the choices. Mass Effect 2 would be so incredibly fucking broken right off the bat if you could just waltz in with a level 60 character from the beginning.

I've played through it to 100% completion about 6 times, and am working on it a 7th time (to get one last 20 point achievement). That's uh.. almost 400 hours. I'm sure you'll manage.

Think about it is it really worth losing "things", possibly her as a girlfriend for being mad be forgiving and never play mass effect again they're plenty of other games out there!

Since you already know what to do, how to play and I doubt sidequests and levels would carry over (at all), you could probably beat Mass Effect in 10 hours. It's not that long at all. And pursue the romance SQs with the volume turned up to make her jealous, and remember to ask before she deletes game data.

I still need to finish mass effect, been so busy lately I havent gotten to playing it :( I have really liked what I saw of the game from watching my friend and I definitely wanna finish it before ME2 comes out so I can get the full experience of it.

I feel the pain of game save deletions, a moment of confusion and poor GUI information provision by the 360 dashboard or what I like to call The Event I deleted every single save I had built up on my 360 over a period of two years, including one and half run through ME, half way through lost odyssey and half way through eternal sonata and full unlocks of all g hero games plus a few other things. I was surprising clam. traded LO and ES though I just could go through it all again. Luckily achievements are stored server side.
