SecuROM on Steam?

I was just wondering if the game carried this DRM with it, even though it's available through Steam...

As far as I know, all EA titles released through Steam have completely done away with third-party DRM such as SecuROM.

No securROM on steam, but I've read that if you download Bring Down the Sky you get an unnecessary remnant of securROM.  Haven't downloaded it for this reason, but maybe someone can confirm.

It doesn't. 
 If a game has any form of third party DRM it would say so on the item page. For example, on the Crysis Warhead page it has "  3rd-party DRM: SecuROM™
5 machine activation limit"

This edit will also create new pages on Giant Bomb for:
