    Matt Simmonds started out in the C64 demoscene, using the alias 4-Mat. His early game credits include C64 and Amiga conversions of arcade game soundtracks, and by 1990 he had written several original game soundtracks.

    He remains active in the demoscene to this day, and often include the original music tracker source files for the music he releases.
