The long-awaited third Max Payne game finally arrived in May 2012, courtesy of Rockstar Vancouver. Eight years after the end of Max Payne 2, an aging, burnt-out Max finds one last chance to redeem himself while working as a bodyguard for a rich family in Brazil.
I don't get how Rockstar/Euphoria is so good with animation. You'd think more people would be using this tech if it can produce shit that looks this amazing.

Euphoria I think is the next step of ragdoll. It just looks incredible
So the graphic novel style narrative will be like a cutscene with 24 screen effects (the TV show) and big dynamic capital letter writing in motion? I don't know.
I've heard that Max looks real nice when he's on the ground shooting fools. There are a couple shots of him doing that in the trailer, but I want to see someone do a 360 rotation to see how he moves. Lots of talk about his "joints" looking well animated and such.
I can't say I'm a huge fan of the cutscenes or the fact that Max is constantly taking that bottle of Jack to the face right before a gun fight. Then again, if the shit's about to go down, you might as well take a few swigs just for the hell of it.
