Damn that's a lot of issues.

Been having a weird issue with the aspect ratio, no matter which resolution I choose the game looks like 4:3 and stretched. Can't seem to figure out a solution, saw people on the Steam message board having the same problem.

On an Ati 4850HD, 16:10 monitor using 1440x900 resolution. Any ideas?

Edit: And this is why you don't buy Rockstar PC games at launch, or at all. This is their response for people having this issue--

"Try using the -windowed command line."

Thanks a bunch for posting this. I was having the crash at startup problem and that solution worked for me.
