    Meeko is a dog that can be found at Meeko's Shack which is located southwest of Solitude, south of the sawmill, across the water. After his owner died he was left alone to live there. If you want Meeko to follow you talk to him and ask "Do you want to come with me boy?". If dismissed his will return to Meeko's shack.

    He is classed as a secondary companion, meaning you can still have him with you even if you have other followers, for example a hired merc or housecarl. He can be killed if he is wounded and you inflict the final blow.
