Deceptive title.
Anyone thinking this game would be a PC port of the NES classic is in for a disappointment. It happened to me. To start, this game is not a port, its a bastardized version of the original mega man 3.
The Controls in Megan 3: TaRR are totally broken. When you press jump you expect it to jump, well not always in this game. And even though this game came out around the time when the four button Gravis PC game pad was on the market, it still didnt match the smoothness of the console version. The Boss characters were re-named and the artwork was repurposed from the original title with a slight visual enhancement to take advantage of the hardware capabilities of the PC. The level design was also changed help create the sense that you were playing a totally new mega man 3 game. But in the end, this game simply comes off as a very cheap knock off of a classic, that doesn't deserve the mega man title.
