This game always looked a bit... off. Probably for the best that it's been canned, especially with Inafune off the project.

those bats or whatever it is are looking really badly animated. infact the whole screenshot. And megaman looks like a 3year old.

Sounded like it could've been a cool game. Too bad all the footage they showed made it look like crap.

"Various circumstances" is a pretty lousy excuse.
 
It's a pity the project fell through, it was an interesting idea the customization element.

guess capcom fears explodemon....great psn title...but is truly a bummer, while MM 9 and 10 were great retro-friendly games, i thought the idea of Mega Man "remake/relaunch" would be cool, especially after playing Bionic Commando 1 & 2 on PSN, of course 1 was a remake of the nes game but 2 was totally from scratch, but using the same engine created for the remake...hope mega man, doesn't go the legends rout cause that was total trash, and not the Hedgehog road, while Colors is great on the DS, it was still two much Adventure type 3-D in it......new engines needed for mega man, bomberman and sonic IMO.......
