Ok. Not really "like" MGO but more in the sense of how it handles lag issues.
 
Basically, are there any other games that, when encountering lag, delay the damage you give but still allow you to hit the target you are actually aiming at instead of forcing you to shoot ahead of the target's direction just to register a hit.

I remember Ghost Recon advanced war fighter being like that. man did i get some awesome pistol kills in that game
