Metal Gear: Released on MSX2 then ported to NES, several other PCs and finally included in every copy of MGS3: Subsistence

MGS: Released on PS1 later ported to PC and remade for Gamecube
MGS (Game Boy Color): Remains exclusive
MGS2: Released on PS2, later released on Xbox and PC and in the Multi-platform HD collections.
MGS3: Released on PS2, later ported to 3DS and released in the mutli-platform HD collections.
Twin Snakes: Remake of original MGS remains exclusive to Gamecube.
MG Acid: Originally released on PSP and later a cut-down version released on mobiles
Acid 2: Same as Acid
Portable Ops (and its expansion Plus): Remains Sony exclusive
MGS 4: PS3 exclusive
Peace Walker: Originally PSP then released with the HD Collection
Revengeance: Is going to be multi-platform
Ground Zero: Will more than likely be multi platform
