The reason why i wonder is that i have allready completed the game on PC and loved it but its updated by steam and i would like to have the ability to play the original version that hasnt been fucked up by konami.

So can you play disc version on the PS4 without a update to the game?

I'm pretty sure you can, you just miss out on online features. However, there were some bug fixes in the patches, including one or two potentially game breaking ones post launch, so watch out for that.

And you'd have to make sure the PS4 isn't connected to the internet at all, since it tends to auto download updates. Maybe you can turn that off on a system level, though, I dunno.
