Peter Molyneux's cancelled Kinect-based project. It features a young boy who interacts with the player by recognizing facial features and the tone of the player's voice.
There is much better AI in other places, and even if it were true that Milo was as good as MS is letting on, the government might be all over it, you wouldn't know about it though. So they might be, but we wouldn't know for several years.
That and isn't Milo produced by Molyneaux's guys? In which case the US govt can GTFO, they are based in the UK.

A cover op. Problem solved!
Let's say Peter Molineux is a terrorist and holds bio weopons at the Lionhead studios.
In the July 2009 issue of develop there was an interview with Molyneux where he talked about Milo.
Peter Molyneux said:
An awful lot of Milo is like a Derren Brown mind trick. Derren Brown can't really read your mind, what he does is collect together a number of little tricks that tell him things. You've got to remember that we're not creating a piece of academic research; Milo can't actually think - were just making the illusion that he can."
Milo is simply an extension of the creature AI from Black and White. Lionhead refer to it as Emotional AI, it does not have inteligence it just creates the illusion of inteligence by picking up on certain cues that it detects from the natal system. In fact Milo was in development before Microsoft showed them Natal.
