A 3D procedurally-generated game of world exploration, resource harvesting, and freeform construction, featuring a unique block-based art style and online multiplayer. It received numerous ports and updates for nearly a decade after its initial release.
Don't see why you would get Minecraft on 360 over PC. I don't see how they could do things like mods, and texture packs on a 360, because some of those things are much needed.
You damn well know he meant patched versions of the game.
It says expansions and add ons are included under this right in the text, so you're already wrong about that.
I don't see what's wrong with setting up Alpha members with a free copy at launch, all it would do is guarantee a large player base at launch making the newer versions still have some appeal to both new and veterans players despite the fact they likely won't include anything the PC version doesn't.

This is sneaky and I like it! Notch replied to this and basically explained why that isn't gonna happen (First commentor xNotch is Notch):
I'm incredibly interested in Minecraft and only play console games, so I'm happy. I wonder if I should just get it for PC, but I'd rather play with a real controller.

I have Minecraft on PC and will be getting it on 360 (provided the price is reasonable) Because many of the people I play with on 360 would be tons of fun to play Minecraft with but don't play on PC
The fact that 4J Studios is doing it has me a little worried though, Perfect Dark wasn't what I would consider a "good" port But we'll have to wait and see
