    Oh look, I never finished that Colosseum, I'm going to go mine for a bit and... oh great I fell in lava and lost all my tools.
    I'm never going to play Minecraft again. 
    (Repeat cycle in 2 weeks)

    That is amazing. It seems all the coolest thing the Kinect can do, are the things it wasn't at all meant to do.

    Not sure how Minecraft works, but it would be awesome to join a server where someone was using the Kinect and moving around the world. WEIRD.

    @Azteck:  I get the feeling that MS R&D have been working on Kinect technology for a while as something cool, but couldn't find a good use for. Games and business probably stepped in thinking they could package it for Xbox and recoup some of the cost burned in development. With time and money the tech used will find a better home that takes full advantage of what it can do.

    @Slaker117: Makes sense. It's just a shame that they haven't announced a format beyond the xbox for it. It obviously has lots of uses that wasn't specifically thought of.
