    So me and a friend have been recreating Hyrule, we've been working on it for a loooong time, so, I see the new patch is out! I update the server, and login, and what do I see?! 
     
     

    My brand new world! 
    My brand new world! 
    And before you say it's not loading and I need to give it time. It looks like this in MCEDIT, and I stood there on the few blocks that are left for like 30 minutes.

    Those squid are sweet though. I assume you have a backup? Everything in beta isn't guaranteed without that,

    No I didn't have a recent backup, I had one from 3 weeks ago.

    Argh! Thats rough, I've lost alot of stuff on the GB server to rollbacks and whatnot, nothing on the scale of all of hyrule though,  its wicked demoralizing.

    @Mikemcn: OH THANK GOD. I saved the world by doing that previous versions thing in the properties of the servers folder in Windows 7.

    Hahahah but the flying squid make the game interesting.
    Pretty sure Notch has updated twice since this one... Next time: Flying creepers.
