Feels a bit familiar to me. Microsoft don't seem to be trend setters anymore. They seem way too obviously reactionary.

"hey! Let's do minecraft, kids love minecraft!"
    "good idea! ... what's minecraft?"
    "dunno."

i reeaally hope that this won't affect the pc version at all (new features, etc.)

Notch said on Twitter that Mojang isn't developing it, another developer is, so I wouldn't think so.

Also, Minecraft on the Xbox 360 seems like a great way to think inside the box. I'll stick with the version that allows for modding, dedicated servers, etc.

Everytime I think of Minecraft on anything except a PC, I lose interest pretty quickly.

I saw a video of someone playing the PC version with Kinect on youtube a while ago. Looked good so I hope it carries over well to the console.

Mojang is still developing it, but another team inside the company was what I got from his tweets. There are several projects Mojang is working on, the PC Minecraft team is still plugging away.

Yeah more Minecraft! You can play that shit anywhere now!

Not on PS3.:'( It would be awesome if next year, Sony gets this game on PS3. Just like what happened to Bioshock. I was so excited when it came to PS3. I want this on PS3!

I don't know if someone posted this already, but I found it... interesting. Minecraft Xbox free for alpha buyers. Does it hold any water? Do you find it immoral to exploit a legal loophole like this?

Since microsoft charges developers for updates to their games, I have no idea what notch is going to do since the game isn't really finished yet.
