I haven't played Minecraft in about a week, but I heard that the beta went up so I loaded up my single player file that was about 50MB big and it said it was 0.0MB. I thought this was just an error, but I had a completely new spawn point, but after searching I found my old buildings. Or most of them, for that matter. About half of them disappeared, and all of a sudden the frame rate dropped to about 1 frame every 2 seconds. Has anyone else had problems like this?

Doesn't happen to me, but I hear the leaf decay is killing PC's left and right even though it works pretty decently on my shitty laptop. You didn't make a backup of your saves I presume?

So I burned down my giant tree farm because it was lagging around there, and that seemed to fix it. A lot of stuff is still gone, but the lag is fixed and that's all that matters.

Who knew leaf decay in this decidedly simple game would bring so many machines to their knees.
