Overview
Mite wa Ikenai (みてはいけない, lit. "Don't/shouldn't look") is a Japanese-only Nintendo DS game from Studio Trico and Dimple Entertainment, released in 2008. The game presents players with a series of real photographs with hidden "ghosts" in each photo. A brief set-up for the photo is given before the player is given control. Players then use the DS stylus to "burn" the ghost(s) out of the photo before their timer, represented by a candle, runs out. Outside of locating the ghosts, the biggest challenge comes from having to actually select/burn the entire ghost's presence before it counts as a purification, which depending on the quality of the photo and the ghost's visibility, can vary in difficulty. After completing a photo, players are given more information about the photo/ghosts.
